An exceptional Sicilian man, like all those “ca nesciunu e arrinesciunu” (who leave and succeed); from Terrasini to Taormina, with 20 years of experiences across all five continents. His dishes are influenced by Arabic, Mediterranean and Asian cuisines.

Giovanni Pattavina
Giovanni is a typical Sicilian man: dark complexion, with a lean physique and a “refined” mind. He is responsible for directing the scene, the metronome that marks the dances in the room.

We are proud to carry out our work which we consider to be a privilege: welcoming and hosting guests, with simplicity, conviviality and creativity.
Our activities stem from and develop around the elements that represent us the most: the highest concept of hospitality, without sophistication and full of authenticity. It is from our origins, which are strongly linked to nightlife, that we inherited the elements that can still be found in our heritage: celebration, creativity and audacity. This is the manifesto that animates Taofour, the company founded by Salvatore Lo Giudice, Christian Sciglio, Guido Spinello and Dario Zappalà and which in 2022 gave life to the Nunziatina project.
